7/9/15: Patrick’s Last Trip to Summit

My good friend and former co-worker from both Denver AirLife and Colorado Flight For Life, Chris “Chrispatch” Smith, could not have said it better (so I’m not even going to try):

“Everywhere I look today something makes me think of Patrick. He was the type of person who made work fun. Tried so hard to be the “Bad Ass” but his heart of gold wouldn’t let him pull it off. Twice his words brought me to tears as he spoke at coworkers services, he had a way about him that made you feel safe when he was flying and even though he threatened my life on a daily basis I knew he would have been the first one there if I needed help. It’s hard to believe he’s gone and even though he was a Notre Dame fan, I’m going to miss him. RIP Patrick you did a lot of good in your life my Friend.”
